This right is guaranteed in accordance with <strong data-start=\"315\" data-end=\"392\">Directive 2011\/83\/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights<\/strong> a <strong data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"467\">Act of the Slovak Republic No. 250\/2007 Coll. on Consumer Protection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a41a920 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_text_block\" data-id=\"a41a920\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_text_block.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-text-block reset-last-child text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<h3>Exceptions to the right of return<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-beefcef elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_text_block\" data-id=\"beefcef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_text_block.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-text-block reset-last-child text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p data-start=\"506\" data-end=\"549\">Refunds are not possible in the following cases:<\/p><ul><li><p data-start=\"506\" data-end=\"549\">goods made to measure according to customer requirements,<\/p><\/li><li><p data-start=\"506\" data-end=\"549\">goods that have been used and show signs of wear,<\/p><\/li><li><p data-start=\"506\" data-end=\"549\">goods damaged by improper use, storage or assembly,<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fbaef34 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_text_block\" data-id=\"fbaef34\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_text_block.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-text-block reset-last-child text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<h3>Return procedure<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a1617f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_text_block\" data-id=\"a1617f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_text_block.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-text-block reset-last-child text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<ul><li data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"926\"><p data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"926\">The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless it is a complaint about defective goods.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"1061\"><p data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"1061\">In case of return, the goods must be delivered in their original condition and properly packaged to the following address:<br data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1022\" \/><strong data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1058\">Bratislava, Near the old airport 4<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1201\"><p data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1201\">The refund of the purchase price will be made in the same way as the payment, no later than <strong data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1164\">14 days<\/strong> from the notification of withdrawal from the contract.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-68aaa20 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_text_block\" data-id=\"68aaa20\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_text_block.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-text-block reset-last-child text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<h2>Defective goods (complaint)<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1455784 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_text_block\" data-id=\"1455784\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_text_block.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-text-block reset-last-child text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1484\">In the event that the goods are defective or do not meet the declared quality, the costs of their return delivery will be borne by Rockside.
