Right to return goods

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods without giving a reason. 14 days from its receipt. This right is guaranteed in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights a Act of the Slovak Republic No. 250/2007 Coll. on Consumer Protection.

Exceptions to the right of return

Refunds are not possible in the following cases:

  • goods made to measure according to customer requirements,

  • goods that have been used and show signs of wear,

  • goods damaged by improper use, storage or assembly,

Return procedure

  • The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless it is a complaint about defective goods.

  • In case of return, the goods must be delivered in their original condition and properly packaged to the following address:
    Bratislava, Near the old airport 4.

  • The refund of the purchase price will be made in the same way as the payment, no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal from the contract.

Defective goods (complaint)

In the event that the goods are defective or do not meet the declared quality, the costs of their return delivery will be borne by Rockside. The customer is obliged to document the error (photo or video) and contact us to agree on further steps.
